Q:  What is the C.O.P.E. Clinic approach towards behavioral problems?

A:  We follow a bio-psycho-social model. Genetic, developmental and environmental factors all play a significant role in each patient’s life.  We are committed to addressing all three in our treatment strategy.


Q:  What else makes the C.O.P.E. Clinic different from common mental health services?

A:  Comprehensive and unbiased evaluation, a strong belief in education and customized multi-modality treatment.


Q:  What age groups are accepted at the C.O.P.E. Clinic?

A:  For therapy we accept patients of all ages. For medication management we give service to ages 17 and above


Q:  Is my insurance accepted at the C.O.P.E. Clinic?

A:  We currently accept most PPO plans and the client only pays applicable co-payment at the time of service.


Q:  Could the C.O.P.E. Clinic help me if I don’t want to take pills, or medications of any form?

A:  Yes! Medication is only one among many treatment modalities available to the clinicians at the C.O.P.E. Clinic. Medication is suggested if deemed necessary and highly beneficial by an experienced clinician. The final decision is always made by the client.


Q:  How confidential are my medical records?

A:  The C.O.P.E. Clinic follows all HIPAA regulations to keep the medical records safe and confidential.


Q:  Is my PPO insurance accepted for out-patient detox and Suboxone treatment?

A:  Yes, we accept the same PPO plans for narcotic detox as we do for regular visits.


Q:  Do you accept credit and debit cards for payment?

A:  Yes. We accept Visa and Master-Card.
